Meet the owners

With military and first responder backgrounds it's safe to say we've had a cup of coffee or two. However, the coffee was lacking something and we wanted to kick it up a notch. We knew with specialty grade coffee paired with small batch artisan roasting and correct brewing methods that a great cup of black coffee existed. The problem was that no one knew how to make that happen.

In early 2022 we set off to fix that. With a journey that started in the Pacific North West and made its way to the East coast. Here we are today, roasting small batch specialty coffee. Serving to good people, and having a good time.

  • Drake and Abbigael

Married in 2021, Drake and Abbigael were living outside of Nashville, TN. Drake worked full time as a fireman in Kentucky and Abbigael full time as an MRI tech in Nashville. Craving something new, they both resigned from their work and took off traveling the country for Abbigael's new job. Drake and Abbigael both enjoy hiking and all things outdoors. They also enjoy exploring new places and experiencing all the U.S has to offer. Along the way Drake decided to start roasting coffee on their journey. Just over a year later they had figured out what they needed to try and bring specialty coffee to the forefront of the midwest and southern states.
